Castle Mountain is almost halfway between Banff and Lake Louise. Viewed at a certain angle, it has the look of a castle.
I rented a cabin at Castle Mountain Chalets and spent the evening sitting by the fire pit. A very enjoyable and relaxing evening.
I took a photograph for this painting on the way there.
