Sunset and Sunrays, Melfort, SK

Bill and I met in 2005 in Fort McMurray, Alberta. We fell in love and decided to visit his mother, Margaret, at Christmas, in Star City, Saskatchewan. When we arrived, we went to Melfort, so Bill could buy her a gift, which he did. It was a beautiful jewellery box.

On the way back to Star City, I photographed this sunset and painted it. I loved the sunrays. I had to paint it.
