Chinaman’s Peak

Chinaman’s Peak can be seen in Canmore, Alberta.
It is part of a chain of mountains that run from Exshaw through Canmore and end up in Banff.

Coming from Calgary, they start with Mountain Lougheed, The Three Sisters, Chinaman’s Peak, The Rundle Range, and finally ending in Banff with Mount Rundle.
I took the photograph for this painting early one morning at sunrise. Chinaman’s Peak, however, has since been changed to Ha Ling.
